Changes in seasons

I was wondering if the change in seasons affects your symptoms. ?It is starting to get really cold in NY now ?and I have noticed that for the past week or so, I have been so fatigued I can hardly get myself out of bed in the morning, and both of my knees are absolutely killing me. Is there a relation? ?I was wondering if this happens to anyone else.

Spring, Autumn and Winter are my worst times with Lupus. I do get a break for one month in winter, the coledest month of the winter, but then in my case the fibro realy plays up, just a vicious circle.
