Please remember your appointment is like gold dust so make the most of every minute you have there!

Go very well prepared with a list of symptoms, a detailed medical history and all your questions.

Don't forget that the doctors in the lupus unit know exactly what you have gone through to get there and also understand your fear of being told there is nothing wrong.

They will do all they can to help you so please make you sure you tell them absolutely everything that has been going on - and whatever you do, don't be afraid to produce that list of symptoms even if it is a mile long!
