We're having a....

Girl!!! :jump: Yay!! We are so excited. Everything looks great and the doctor said she thinks the baby is a girl. I am in week 21 now already! Gosh time is flying by!

We have another ultrasound scheduled for July 14! I guess we get one every other appointment now till the baby is born to keep an eye on her growth since I am on 60mg of Prednisone.

:( My platelet counts haven't been doing too good so my rheumatologist referred me to a hematologist and I see him next week. I hope they can find another medication to get my platelet counts up because the Prednisone doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Well, that is just an update on me. I hope all the other preggie Lupies are doing good! :wave:

:jump: I just got my counts for this week and my platelets are up to 71,000! Last week they were 48,000 and the week before they were 32,000 so this is great news! Finally things are starting to look up for my counts! I still have to go see a hematologist next week but that is ok because if the Prednisone stops working again, and my counts fall, I know I am in the best hands for it. Thanks everyone!!
