What's the typical turn around time for an ANA, antibody panel, plus anticardolipins? Last time I had my results in a few days, its been 10 days with no results yet. Perhaps this means that the ANA was positive so they could reflex it... last time it was negative so it came back right away. I'm hoping for answers.

 I had bloodwork done today and they said I would know what is going on by Friday. Maybe you should phone your doc and find out what is keeping them. Take care of yourself. Jude :coffee:

This seems a bit long although it varies very much. I had regular blood work but not APS done on a Tuesday, back on Thursday. The APS might take longer depnding what tests were ordered.
I am sorry you are having such a very frustrating time.
Here's to better days Hang in there

Allerian,
Some doctors use rheumatological labs for the ana and other bloods. And if you don't live near the labs then there is added time for the bloods to get there and results back to the doctor. I am fortunate living in the Los Angeles area and my rheumy's office is only a couple miles from the specialty lab.
Take care,
Karen

We live very near the specialty lab. Last time it took 6 days total for the results to get back to me, including the weekend. It was a ton of things including ANA, and APS stuff. I think it's odd it hasn't gotten back yet.
