Ok Tommy ole Buddy.....here's that easy cookie recipe I promised.
Chocolate Cookies
1 package Betty Crocker SuperMoist devil's food cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
Sugar
Heat oven to 350. Mix cake mix (dry), oil and eggs in large bowl with spoon until dough forms. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in sugar. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
The tops of these cookies look crinkled and they have a soft, chewy texture.
You can also make them Chocolate Chocolate Chip cookies: stir in 2/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips.
My tip: use at own discrection :D I kinda squish them down with palm of hand not too squishy mind you. Might take couple batches to get the cookies to look the way you like the best. Bet heck it's so easy who cares make 10 batches I say :thumbs:
