Discoid & prenancy?

hi, i'm new to this site, but am finding it more helpful than anything else in the last three years already.

I know that prenancy with SLE is high risk, but i have DLE and maybe SCLE, i had a miscarriage last year at 10 wks, which was a shock as i have two healthy children already, perfect prenancies, farely easy C sections for both, but it would appear that i only got lupus after having my second child.

I would appreciate any comments regarding DLE and the risks, to baby, i tested positive for Anti-Ro, three years ago, but negative in every blood test since, so they say it must have been a false posistive result :rolleyes:

Hi! I don't know much about discoid lupus and pregnancy. Sorry. But I wonder if they are less to the baby than SLE. I'd recommend you call your ob/gyn and ask some questions and if you are thinking of trying to get pregnant, ask for a consult with a perinatologist. (They usually call it a preconception visit).
I"m sorry to hear about your miscarriage last year. I know it's hard.
