2 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
(Finely grind oats in processor or blender. Transfer to large bowl. Add dry ingredients)
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
In another bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in dry ingredients.
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans (it tastes really good without it, if you don't have any)
4 oz. of milk chocolate grated (I buy a large sized candy bar, chill it in the frig.
and then grate it.)
Fold in chocolates and pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes on greased cookie sheets.
Enjoy!!
