Hi all...

I just finished a book that a counselor suggested to me. It's called "Full Catasstrophe Living" by JonKabat-Zinn, Ph.D. The phrase on the front of the book says.."Using the wisdom of your body and mind to face stress, pain and illness." It has some very useful thechniques outlined within for meditation and just really good food for thought.

I've been practicing some of the things he suggests, and I have to say, I really like it. It may not be for everyone, but I thought some may benefit from it. It's not a book with a cure AT ALL. it is indeed meant to me complimentary to other treatments. Anyways, you should check it out, I'm sure they have passages and more info on amazon.com....thanks.
