Is it ok to use bread dough that i mixed about a week ago and put in the refrigerator?

It's not going to be "bad" but it may not rise properly. Get the dough, let it sit out until it comes to room temperature. Knead it and shape into a loaf. Let it rise. Bake it. I have no idea what the texture will be, but do let us know. Bread dough is one of the most forgiving of food substances. As long as you can't see obvious mold on the dough, it should be possible to bake and eat it.

Thanks, Sunny. It wasn't too bad. I think I figured out how to make sourdough! Then I made a new batch anyway (and recruited my boyfriend to knead it). This time I'll get it in the oven sooner. :wiggle:
