In the UK, if you get higher rate Mobilty DLA then you can learn to drive a year early (at 16 instead of 17). If you also trade in your money for the Motabilty scheme, depending on your income, Motability may also pay for 52 hours of driving lessons, 3 Theory test and 3 Practical tests! Just thought I'd let you know, as I just passed my driving test on tuesday using this scheme.!

Congratulations! style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbs-up.gif I actually failed my driving test the first time around--ran two stop signs, hehe. Plus I was driving a one-ton pickup truck that we used for hauling horses and I couldn't parrallel park it to save my life then. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/doh.gif

Congrats on passing your driving test style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/foryou.gif I didn't pass first time, I went through an UNMARKED crossroads style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/oops.gif . Didn't make that mistake again, apparantly its the only unmarked one in Manchester and I wouldn't drive round there normally anyway style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rotfl.gif Oh well, I passed second time round style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ok.gif

Love hugs and sending safe and happy driving cyber vibes your way
