style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/Thanx.gif to everyone who replied to my post several days ago. Well, I'm obviously surviving the mouth sores problem and it seems to be trying to clear-up some. I was so hungry today and could finally chew like an "almost" normal human being!! I do kinda worry about not taking the plaq now, I don't see my rhumey till Dec. 6th. I do want to make sure to get the flu shot too.
I searched the net for home remedies for mouth ulcers, can't think of what I have at the moment, rather like thrush I think, dang brain fog! But there are alot of things like the warm salt water, swishing with mylanta or milk of magnesia, chewing a few Tums at 1st sign of sores, ect.l Some of the others were great except my mouth was way way too sore to try them.
Also interesting that using SLS free products ( sodium lauryl sulfate ) like in toothpaste. I definatly will try a brand that doesn't have that in it. I think Rembrandt was one of them.
Still can't drink hot coffee, using half milk and coffee to cool it down alot and still nothing to eat but the soft foods but at least I can eat.
Thank you again for your kind replys, and omg, there are alot of us Oklahomans on this site. Love you all too tho style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bigsmile.gif
