The name's Nikki... yeah, had an account here but I forgot my username and password. *slaps wrist* But anyway, I'd like to meet new people who are just about as young as I am.

I was diagnosed with Lupus in Oct 20-something 2005, and it's said to be mild, in my case, as it stands. My brain and kidneys are clear for now, supposedly, after an MRI and a Spinal Tap (which was awful, mind you, given the literal week-long migraine thing). I wonder if my aforementioned organs are safe now, and that they won't become targets in the future, if that's how it works. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ermm.gif Docs have given me Pred. and Plaq-whatever, though I'm confused why I'm receiving these if my case is in fact mild. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif But anyway...

About me, maybe? I'm a canuck with one good friend and seeking other diamonds in the rough. My interests include writing fan-fiction and roleplaying with my buddy, doodling cartoons, reading things and playing video games (RE4, MGS, Mystical Ninja, CV) in what time I can with school bombarding the whole lot of us. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sick.gif

You have come to a great place to meet people and get lots of info. I am not in the under 20's group but I'm sure there will be some your age to come around. My son is 18 and plays alot of vidio games,, hes on playstationII,, Socom III He and his friends play in a Canada West room alot if you have the game let me know I'll give you there clan tag. My names Katrina i'm 16 and i live in Canada. I was diagnosed in 2003 so i'm starting to get used to having lupus. My lupus effects my brain, kidneys and other stuff. But over the past year or so i've actually been doing pretty good. I had to stop going to school when i first got diagnosed because i was so sick and had to do 8 months of chemotherapy. I'm back at school for one period and come next semester (beginning of Feb) i'm going back for half days to give it a try. So how old are you and where do u live in Canada? I live in Ontario. I've also had MRI's and spinal taps. The spinal taps are so painful.
