Hi, wanted to share a quick and inexpensive recipe with everyone.

1-2 pounds ground beef
2 cans green beans
2 cans corn
2 packages Ramen Noodles

Brown your ground beef and drain off the grease. Empty cans of veggies into ground beef. Stir until completely heated thru. Break up the packages of Ramen Noodles and add to mixture and cook until noodles are done. Add the noodle seasoning packets as well as any other spices of your choice. I usually add salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash. Then all you have left to do is serve, eat and enjoy.

Be prepared, you may raise your eyebrow and question that it looks rather odd, however, whenever I make this, my family of 6 gobbles it up and there are never left overs. It is very filling and warms even the coldest of toes!

This is one of the easiest, simplest and quickest meals that I know all rolled into one.

This sounds great, Nancy! But I do have a question: Where does the liquid come from to cook the noodles? Do you just not drain the cans of veggies? Thanks!

making a long drawn out dinner.

wouldnt that be a salt overload?? the packets of those ramen noodles have enough salt to give a healthy man a heart attack
