Okay, back again with another new recipe, or at least new to me!
Seasoned Pork Loin Chops
************************************************** *
10 pork loin chops (1 inch cut)
1 box Stove Top Stuffing pork flavor
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons butter/margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take large cake pan or roaster and put 4 tablespoons butter in. Place in oven and allow butter to melt. Put eggs into a bowl and beat. Add milk and beat again. Set bowl aside. In another bowl place contents of stove top stuffing mix and crush until medium fine. Take chops and dip into egg/milk mixture then roll in stove top mixture covering well and place in pan. Place pan in oven. Bake for 10 minutes on one side and then turn over chops. Take remaining stove top mixture and add to top of meat. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Remove and enjoy!!
My family goes nuts over chops cooked this way. I have a family of 6 and I usually have to make two batches!
