Today I feel good in spirit. After two long years I have finally won the Disability benifits. I have been declared disabled and will now be able to finacially stabilize my family and self. I feel truely blessed. It has been a long road for those out there still fighting, don't give up. You know your body better than anyone. Wow that is fantastic iwhispering. I am so very happy for you. i still rember finally getting that letter in the mail from them and then the check is even more awesome to. it is a very good feeling to be able to help your family even if it is a little bit. I am just so glad to be to the point finally to have medicare now. That even helps me out even more wiht doctor bills greatly. Leah do not give up even if you do get denied the first time. You may not but even if you don not give up you deserve that money it is yours actaully remeber that.
Iwhisper it did not take me very long at ll it seemed to get my check if i rember right. It will be great no matter anyway right. (yeah).

Just remember to keep the award letter in a safe space. You may need it to get some other benifits.

Also, keep on keeping records med records. Sometime down the road you will get hit with a review. Not trying to scare you. It will just make life easier.

THe wait was hard because our finances was so low and we are still trying to dig our way out!! But nevertheless, I was and am so thankful!!! I just hope that I can keep it as long as I am disabled. I would rather be well as all of us would be!!!!!!! ANY WAYS ALL I CAN SAY IS YEAH!!! YEAH!!! YEAH!!! I am hoping and praying that they will start taking LUPUS,APS and Fibromyalgia alot more serious!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS!!!!! P.S. My check came before my approval letter. Just hired my lawyer today..Been trying almost 2 years on and off...give up once and had to start all over!
I need the medical more than anything....My husband is on an army pension,so he takes care of everything. {or tries to anyway}
