Seeking Specialist in SE England

I am seeking a specialist who may be able to help with my diagnosis and treatment in South East England. Ideally train accessable (Thames Link). I'm willing to travel from London to Bedford, and lots of areas in between for the right doctor.

You're in Luton , right ? So maybe you mean travel to London ?

The obvious place is St Thomas', one of the world's major lupus centres over Westminster Bridge opposite the Houses of Parliament. I was talking to a woman from Luton when I was up there today. She told me that Luton and Bedford Hospital do have a lupus unit but she didn't feel she was making much progress there so she got a referral from her GP to St Thomas' without any problem.
