This was a recipe that a friend gave me! If you find that a hypoglicemic diet helps then try this no carb pan cakes they are sooooooooo good believe me!

Serving for one,

Banana Pancakes

You will need:

One ripe banana

one Egg

Take the banana mush it up add the egg beat until well mixed if you find it to thick you can add a tablespoon of water or milk but I usually don't.

pour into pan non stick, you can use whatever cooking oil you want, I have canola oil and really with a nonstick pan you don't need much at all.

Fry it up and enjoy with a little bit of butter if you like or organic maple syrup or some fresh fruit on the side, i put a touch of yogart on top with barries and I am in heaven, It's easy, quick fun even for kids to make and healthy too!!!!!!!!!!!!

***to make it for more people figure one banana and one egg per person.***

It is a great recipe but it is in NOT CARB FREE!

There are approx 17.5g of carbs in an average banana! The carb/sugar release is slowed down though by the fibre content style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif
