back from hospital

it is nice to be back from the hospital and be able to visit this lovely site again.
I was admitted for 3 days and 2 nights. The kidney biopsy went good. I didn't feel any pain at all but I was scared when i saw the long needle which they inserted on my kidneys. And they inserted it three times! urgh!!!! style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/scaredy.gif From the ultrasound, they found a small stone as well. And then, i also had a abdomen xray to see where is the exact location of the stone. My nephrologist told me i might be having a shockwave soon to break that stone. They will see me again in the next couple of days for the biopsy result.
Hospital stay is not really good, isn't it? horrible food, sleepless nights because of noisy co-patients and nurses who wake you up many times a night to get your blood pressure.
but the good thing is, the nurses and doctors are very nice and kind and they seem very helpful to get my lupus under control. That's the main thing. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif

Welcome back! Glad you home safe and sound. Yeah hospitals are really not very nice places at all. At least in your own home you can do what you want, get a cup of coffee when the mood takes you, eat your favourite food, watch your own TV programmes and you dont have nurses checking your blood pressure every few hours!

Glad you are back !

No the hospital stays anywhere are not good. You just wish you be home in your own bed in peace and quiet. The good thing is it is all done. I hope your results are good results.
