I have a question for everyone. It seems lately anytime I bump my fingers against anything, even lightly they sting inside like I've really smacked them. I always look at my finger and there's nothing there, and I haven't hit it hard.
I've had joint tenderness more than pain the last few days, but this stinging thing is really weird. Anyone else get this and what is it?

I can't tell you what it is but I will notice this once in awhile...have you been diagnosed with raynauds? I know that sometimes my hands are little more senstive after they have been exposed to cold or a different temprature.
I would talk to your doctor....and find out what is going on if you haven't seen a specialist or rheumatologist...which is very important...
good luck and let us know what happens... style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hugbetter.gif style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/clover.gif

style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wavey.gif Hi there, I don't know if it has a name or not, but I often
bump into things also, very lightly, and like you, it stings worse than
it should, but the weird thing is,that it isn't until the next day that I
look at it, and its all black and blue, as if I had been beaten or
something. All I can say is; weird, huh?
Be well and keep posting. style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif

My fingers can become ultra sensitive but then I do have Raynauds so I chaulk it up to that. Check with your doctor if these is a new symptom and undiagnosed.
