View Full Version : Confused about the lawyer i have

Every time i send him a note from another doctor he asks for another one from a different doctor saying that i can't work due to my symptoms i only have three doctors and one is treating my lupus like illness. Should i find a new one? I feel like he isn't helping me...has anyone else had to deal with this type of thing.
my lawyer not my doctor lol sorry my meds are messing with me today.....

only know half the story. is this the first time you are applying? have you been denied twice?

how long does lawyer wait to have new documents?

Can't realy help you till you state all the facts.

FYI---I fired my lawyer

Sorry second time applying, but i have new diagnosis this time first time all I had was insomnia and fibromyalgia i think i can't remember the exact diagnosis...am awaiting hearing this is only the second time I've appealed...hope that helps a little..my brain is a little fried today so explanations won't be so great.

hi ,

At this pont you do need a lawyer. I would sit down with lawyer and find out what problem is. Take someone along with you.

Your lawyer might just be doing his job or a real dud.

Then make your decision.

What are you apply for SSD for?

How and why did you fire your lawyer, was he taking too long? How long did you work with him? I have hired a lawyer, a couple of months ago and have since gotten my congressman involved and hope it will be sooner rather than later.

I called their office last to see if it had been assigned to a caseworker and they told me that is too many people call them about one case they may deny it because we are bugging them.

Ticked me off, my thinking is they will draw it out until their max feees are built up.
