Faith now has a stomach virus, took her to her doc today & he thinks she has an ammuineiy problem:( Boy I hope not. She is just 13 months old!!!! If she has lupus like me at least I know how to take care of her. I have to take her to the hospital out patient for blood work (CBC & other test) in the morning. Her viens are just too little for them to draw blood at the doc office. :worried: She has been running a temp all day. Pray for her please. Worried Granny(Elaine)

101.1 by arm pit, put her in tub of water dropped to 99.6 keeping close eye on her. might have to take her to ER if temp don't stay down. If they addmit her I won't be able to post for a while, cause I'll be staying with her if they do. Thanks for the prayers, I pray it is not lupus. I do not want her to suffer like us with this terrible illness. But Granny will be there for her all the way. Many thanks again. Elaine

Faith's temp soared to 102.2 so I carried her to ER. She has an urinary tract infection right now. The ER was packed tonight, it took 5 hours to get out of there. Plus an hour to get home!! Faith is now resting in her crib hopefully for the night now. Got to get some zzzzzzzzzzz's now. By the way thanks for all the prayers & crossed fingers. Blood work for now is fine, got to keep my baby well. Goodnight Elaine

Hiya Elaine :hello:

Thanks for letting us know how Faith is doing. I am glad that you took her to ER and they got to the bottom of her problem. Poor baby she as had a rough time of it but hopefully now you know whats wrong things will soon start to pick up for her.

Remember to take care of yourself too, try to get plenty of rest whilst Faith is resting.

Take care  Jo

hope your little grandaughter is better now, hate it when little ones are ill and they cannot tell you what is wrong.
