I think a few of you may recall my 14 year old daughter had a problem with excessive sweating of her hands and feet....
we have tried two differant kinds of roll on things precribed by the Dr.
Its no better...infact sometime its so bad she cannot hold her school pen...her hands are wet through.
Anyway the dr,s now wont her to have a blood test they say it can be an indication of an immune disorder or tyroid problem....her blood test is mon at 9pm...please pray its something simple x

I hope that all goes well, and that indeed there it is a simple and easily remedied problem. Daughters are such a worry aren't they! Wishing your daughter the best of luck, and (((hugs))) for you!!

Hi Chris,

I'm sorry your daughter is having health troubles at her age. The teen years are such a confusing and difficult time to begin with, not to mention how this must make her feel regarding self-consciousness.

Sending postive thoughts your daughter's way.

Hugs,

Julie

Hi Chris
I hope it's something fairly easily put right too. I looked it up and it seems there are a number of good treatments for this problem. One has to be thankful to have a concerned GP.

Fingers crossed

Cheers

Hi clare yes she has been given all she can from the gp....they did say there are two other options...if the tests come back clear they said they would refer us to a dermy ?
