:wink2: This is what I have every morning for breakfast.......very healthy!
I cut up about 5 strawberries in a bowl, I add a dollop of vanilla yogurt with the good bacteria in it. Then I add some walnuts and some all bran cereal on top. It is so tasty and full of good things for your health. I feel like I am having dessert for breakfast when I eat this. And the yogurt, fruit and bran helps with constipation issues.
Why don't you give it a try? :p
