Sharp Neck Pain

Hey guys hope everyones feeling good today and not in too much pain!! I just wondered if anyone else gets this...the last few nights i keep waking up with like a really painful neck...almost spasmy pain and its excruciating!!! i cant move my neck until it passes...i dont think its where im sleeping funny cos i dont have a stiff neck afterwards or in the day and i dont seem to be in a weird position!! cheers guys xxxxxxxxxx

Yup i get this too, it really takes your breath away too. I can just be sitting there (or if in bed, lying) and it comes on suddenly for no reason and then after a while goes again. Strange.

Hi Mooks

I get this often along with the shoudler blade and chest. One morning it will be in the neck, the next the shoudlers and then the chest it seems to move itself around not usually in two places at once.

It all comes and goes, for me anyway and anti inflammatorys dont even touch the spot I am afraid or painkillers but of course they may work for you

I hope you feel more flexible very soon
