Inflammation!!

I am flaring terribly. Well It seems like I am always in a flare but it is worse than normal. :sad: I was just wondering if any of you experience or have experienced swelling/inflammation in your female organs. I have seen a GYN doctor who did a Ultrasound and said that everything is ok. But I truly believe that I am swelling or having inflammation in my uterus,bladder, or somewhere in my low stomach/pelvic area. THis usually happens around my periods,but lately like today it has just been happening. I can hardly sit down or stand and walk. I feel really heavy down there and swollen and bloated.I am flaring in my hands and feet and chest.SO I know that it is a true flare. BUt I just get concerned about my lower organs because the way I feel so uncomfortable and my uterus contracts often. I tried to explain this to a Gyn doctor but he just didn't seem to get it. I would appreciate any comments or replies. THANKS!!:)

Hi Rene,

I haven't experienced swelling like that. I just wanted to say that I hope you feel better soon. I know how frustrating it can be when you don't know what is causing something.

I am so sorry that you are experiencing such discomfort. When they did the ultrasound was it a vaginal and then the abdomen and pelvis.?
They seem to find more of what is going internally when they do the internal vaginal one.
Obviously, I am not coming up with the correct procedural name-maybe someone wil come by and at least they won't be in lupie/sleep deprivation stupor:? :tuttut: :? .
