:) Hey everyone, i have not been on the puter much lately . Things are about the same but i am pushing my self to keep movin , pain comes and goes , the cold weather does not help, i am trying to get my thoughts in line i've beenspending some time trying to get my thoughts in line and descide on a course and follow it , thru all of the things i have to get thru .
I beleive it is one day at a time and sometimes it's 1 minute at a time .;)
