theres been lots of post lately about menopause and/or periods stopping.
very useful information!
However my problem is the opposite, two 5 days periods a month with only a week separating them. :(
in my med records theres something about cervical erosion. sound scarier than what it is
i know that is it womb cells growing on the outside of cervix, but isnt that also endometriosis? what is the difference.

Hello, Harlequeen.
I'm not sure I understand your information request.
Do you have lupus?

Hi Harlequeen
I am so glad you got the rheumy appointment at long last. I have the impression that hypermobility is taken seriously these days
There's a useful article here
http://www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk/articles/article.aspx?articleId=563§ionId=29720
I expect the rheumy will do thorough testing - read up about the tests if need be to make sure all the relevant ones are done.
The high creatinine could have lots of causes as you may know. Other tests are needed to see what else is going on to explain it.
I have no personally experienced or professional knowledge of cervical erosion or endometriosis.
A quick google suggests they are very different conditions with a roughly similar process taking place - womb cells where they didn't ought to be - although I am sure that is about as simplistic as you can get.
I very much doubt if either is particularly significant in diagnosing lupus and I doubt if endometriosis would be misdiagnosed as cervical erosion.
I suggest if you need more information you check out sites and forums that deal with gyny issues.
I realise you're using the word 'paranoia' in a casual way, I hope you are anyway ! You do yourself no favours though, apart from paranoia being a very serious illness and associated sometimes with CNS lupus.
You have been having serious health problems badly affecting your life and your GP hasn't been at all helpful and has had a dismissive attitude, blaming your symptoms on mental health problems.
Think of yourself as being determined to get some answers, validation and helpful treatment :) coping with a Health Care system that's usually hard to negotiate.
Are you near Southampton ? There are some good rheumies there.
Let us know what the rheumy says and good luck
Bye for now
Clare
