chest pain

hi all

i was wondering if anyone might be able to help!

i have recently been having pain in my chest on the left hand side- im sure its nothing as my lupus is under good control at the moment (I hardly have any joint pain, I'm on 25mg of methotrexate)

Does this mean that the chest pain is not related to my lupus if my lupus is under good control generally (i.e no joint/ muscle pain, relatively little fatigue)?

i have had lung involvement before but this is better now- i had an echocardiogram about a year ago and this was fine (im 27)-

i actually wrote a v similar post myself last wk...
i was told to check if it was costochondritis - it was... which basically is pain in the ribs area... maybe urs is the same!

Ive been having the same problem, ive just had an ECG which was normal but the chest pain is still there...I got really scared that it was my heart :(

I've had the same problem too. My ekg was abnormal but they said the ultra sound and stress test were fine. an odd thing is my blood pressure has always been good but it seems to be getting lower and lower. If anyone has any guesses let me know....

my blood pressure is also low...maybe thats something??
