recently, i keep on thinking....why i worked so hard to cure my illness..but my illness still can not be controlled well...

since 11 years old, i diagnosed with this illness... i have been unhappy...my life all changed , i can not eat the foods i like and i have to change my living habits ,like go to bed before 10pm ....

well....over that one year, i get well...but 3 years later, it came again...i was so sad..but never give up...then it under controlled again...

Again 2 years later , it came back again...and i have to be braved to overcome all these...

my parents are both so old and not educated..i really do not want them to be so troubled over my illness...so since 11 years old, i already learn to be independent, stay in hospital alone for 1 month...then 15 years old, i myself take bus to hospital...

sometimes i will look at my others friends, why they can live so well..and i just expected to be healthier also so hard to be ....

because of these illness, i sacrified my career and my ambition and many many others things....

But, i am still the same...The god never pity me and i am still suffering...

i am just 25 years old and have been unhappy for about 14 years...

Sometimes i look back, my life was full of medicine, injection,hospitalisation...

i just want to live on my way....but it seem so hard to me...

Just a little sharing on my feeling..

thanks for listening...

Hi Kellychang

Thank-you for sharing your feelings, it is so hard to live with lupus and it sounds like you have had your share and more of hard times.:worried: I know how you feel about not wanting your parents to worry, it's hard on our parents and more so when they are elderly. I sure hope you feel better soon and can have some happiness in your life. Keep your chin up, we are all here for you. Sending lots of (((BIG HUGS))) your way.

Jude:)

Kellychang,
I am sorry you are feeling so bad. This is the place to vent or share your feelings. It is a support group. The moderators are great also. You should go in the chat room sometime....maybe you have. I have not been in there in awhile. There are usually people there you can chat with to help lift you up a little.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
((((HUGS))))

Dear Kelly:hugbetter:

I am very sorry to hear how bad you are feeling right now. It is very hard being diagnosed with this disease at such a young age:worried: and you seem to have had to deal with so much of it on your own:sad:

I just wanted to stop by and send you some hugs  and also to ask if you have ever talked to your doctor about how low you are feeling? Have these feelings been going on for some time?

Many of the people here on the site take anti depressants and it helps them to cope with this disease. Lupus itself can cause depression so it is definitely something worth talking to your doctor about.

I hope you can get some support to deal with all this Kelly. We will try and help you any way we can.

Loads of love

I can't believe you have had to cope with this on your own, your inner strength must be outstanding, you must be proud of all your achievements. You've come to the right place to talk, everyone understands how your feeling. With heartfelt support, I wish you happiness. :)

I am sorry you are feeling unwell at this time but you seemed to get into remission for a while off and on and that is great. I guess just knowing that it can happen and did happen maybe will bring you some hope that it will yet again.

The best thing is to be current on the treatment available and having a good rhemo that is listening to you and helping you with your symptoms.

I think all of us here had to give things up because of our Lupus. It is very hard to this and at the same time trying not to loose yourself in all of it.

I've tried myself to find some other things of interest in place of what I gave up and it is far and few.

Try not to be down on yourself. You deserve some chocolates and hugs to make you feel better.
