Steriod Injection Today

Think of me at 3.00pm uk time. I am to have a steriod injection in my left hip...:( Its not the first time I have had steriod injections in the joints, I am dreading it. But hopefully after a year not being able to lay on my left side in bed and the pain even standing, I be able to...I was suppose to have it ages ago, but kept cancelling it, I would chicken out.

Didn't sleep well, so I am up and sort of about...Had it done at the local Hospital. They had a feel round the area, until I said, "YES THAT REALLY HURTS" and thats where they gave me the injection of steriods. Glad thats over. I been ordered to rest today, so Hubby taken day off work to pamper me. Thanks again Girls...:)
