Uploading picture

Do you know why it won't let my upload a picture on my profile?

The picture comes up on the display but when I click on save changes, it says upload of file failed.

Hi MarthaP,

How big is the picture? The maximum image size is 120 by 120 pixels or 39.1 KB (whichever is smaller). Other than that, the only other thing that comes to mind is the type of file. If it's within the size limit, try to convert it to a .jpeg image or similar. Good luck. :)
