Reading your post remined me of a uk mother who had help with looking after the children as the fatigue can be overwhelming, and anyway what mother dosnt need a break regardless of anything medical.

Not sure where you live Claire but its worth getting some help or asking.

There are many people here diagnosed with APS ( I am not one of them) who have a wealth of information on that subject and can be both honest and reassuring at the same time.

first of all it's been good chatting to you hun i know your going through a hard time lately and it's very hard for you with the twins,
hun can't you get any help of social serives to makes things easyer i know they do a program where they get a part time nanny to help you out now i was only told this so look into it.
we cant tell you what to expect because each lupus patient is different we can only tell you what we go through from day to day
