if anybody has any creams or lotions or medicine for lupus of the skin. i need all the help that i can get. please respond.

I mainly use steroid creams and lotions, depending if I'm putting it in my hair or skin, they are all perscription. You should talk to your doctor to find out what types of creams or lotions are right for you. We are all different and what is great for me may not be for you. Good luck to you.

Bernice - welcome - I use old-fashioned arnica gel for my bruising and general aches and pains. It works for me, that's all I know - good luck.

I suggest a basic e-45 cream that worked for me along with an ice pack to soothe the rash also steriod creams are good but best speak to your doctor first
