Hilarious (more so if you know the show House MD, if not, it's still funny)

yes, very good, I had noticed that they were lupus and cancer obsessed even though I have to watch in French.

I love this show.
The episode when the other doctors find out that House has cut out the middle of a lupus book and hidden his pain killers inside has to be the funnest. His response "its never Lupus"

I love House!!! I really love the fact that they mention Lupus a lot, it brings attention to the disease! I loved the scene where House hid his stash in the Lupus book too:lol: Omar Epps (Foreman) has done some fundraisers for Lupus too.

I have bookmarked it and I keep playing it just for the fun of it! My daughter and I have a standing joke. Every so often I get a text from her saying 'they think its Lupus again!' and I know she is watching House MD :lol:

It just about sums up many peoples experiences at trying to get a diagnosis! I loved the bit where it gets all dramatic and moody and they say, in a hushed voice, '95% of people with Lupus have a positive ANA" as they are shaking the test tube! :hehe:

I only recently got into this & Hubby & I play a game to see if they mention it. When they are assessing the symptoms we are always saying 'it's just got to be Lupus' then 'but it's never Lupus'.

You can actually buy t-shirts, mugs etc from the official website. I'm so tempted.

On a different note, I haven't told many people about my condition but when I do they always say 'oh they always mention it on House, it seems serious, what exactly is it?'.

I suppose it's better than them never having heard of it......

LoopyLoo, amen! haha it is better now that there ismore awareness but the House 'scary' factor might just make people be a little more senstitive, cant remember who posted it but sombody said about their inlaws giving a hard time about it and sighing etc as if in dsibeleif they need to watch house :)

right away, cuz it was a medical show. But I am hoping , that with all the times that House mentions Lupus, this will have more people asking "what is this Lupus?" Maybe more people and dr.'s will become more informed. Let's hope.:micbounce:
