Send private messages???

I received a private message today from user. Was notified via email. I read her message and clicked reply and then send message.
However, I don't think my message was sent???

My inbox shows I have 1 stored message for total of 50 in private message folder.
But when I replied and clicked on sent messages..it shows 0 sent?
Also the move folder box?? Do not know what download XLM, CSV or text means.
Can anyone help on how to send private message and know it's been sent? thanks~~~~~~~~~Kim

I just sent you a private message so that you can see the options box that needs to be marked in order for a copy to be saved.
