Good Luck Tina !
Remember it's the worst of times that count and don't underplay any difficulties. If you haven't already, make a mental list of everything you find difficult at all regularly. This is not the time to be putting a brave front on but the time to face grim realities
Write a list even so it's in front of you. Imagine you were the medical assessor !

Thanks everyone. The Doctor got lost finding us and was half an hour late. by which time stress had done it's work lol . Having had a stressful week and having tried hard to demonstrate physio techniques with eve yestrday worst case scenario was pretty much reached anyway.
The Doctor was very nice, appeciated Christina making him a cup of tea and agreed some of the qustions were riddiculous.
He finished by saying he was recomedning the mobility allowance was needed he also wrote that in his oppinin the prognosis coul only be for worsening of the difficulties. so I now wait with baited breath to see what the DWP mak of it. I would far rather be getting a cure through the pos but in the absence of that likelihood I'll settle for whatever help I can get.
Thanks so much for your support in recent weeks, i really feel as though I have stumbled upon such a wondrful group of people so many individuals wanting to be a real freind.

DLA is so important to those of us not blessed with being "independently wealthy" because it allows us to pay for getting our shopping delivered, someone to come in and help us out with things we find difficult, transport needs, gadgets which make life easier, and once our life is easier, the stress is reduced and so it can stop our health deteriorating!
