Neonatal Lupus : hydrocephalus

It seems that the babies of mothers with the anti Ro antibody are more prone to have hydrocephalus and macrocephaly, as an additional possible feature of the rare neonatal lupus syndrome. The majority of cases apparently clear up in time without lasting effect, like most other NLE symptoms.
