This is the Lupus Foundation of America's e- newsletter and it is extremely good. Thanks for mentioning it surferboy :) I've been meaning to for ages.

Their quarterly magazine is first rate too and I recommend it to our American friends. I think they'll send it abroad but I dont know about the postage costs. I looked forward to it when I was living in the USA.
