Hi, I could use some help deciphering my blood work.
    ANA: 1 : 320 homogenous pattern observed
    dsDNA: None Detected
    ESR: 44

Could this qualify for a lupus diagnosis?

Hi and welcome to the site. A doctor will not usually give a lupus diagnosis based solely on bloodwork. It is usually a combination of bloodwork and symptoms. Having said that, your bloodwork indicates you have something auto immune going on as you have a positive ANA and inflammation (ESR).
