I have just applied for esa and have received my questionnaire from atos. I am struggling with what to put on the form and would like some advice. I know I need to be honest but my condition changes on a daily basis and I am not sure how best to describe it. Thank you

You need to get some advice from either the Citizens Advice Bureau or a local agency who specialises in this. The CAB should be able to point you in the right direction if they can't help you, they may be too busy as so many people are contacting them. Your gp should write a supporting letter and any other specialists you see such as a physio or OT etc. Be honest and explain your condition varies and say how often it changes.
