    Hi
I wanted to advise you that I helped out a lovely lady with her DLA tribunal this week, after it had been refused twice (once on the original claim and secondly on the appeal).
The process was not daunting and took about 2 hours from start to finish. There was a Judge, a Doctor and one specialist Nurse in the room with my lady and myself, and the clerk. My lady was given adequate time to speak, think and answer questions fully, andd she was listened to and treated with much respect. The Doctor questioned my lady on the mobility side, and the Nurse on the care side.
The outcome was she was awarded high mobility and low care, for 2 years backdated to the date she originally applied. I was very impressed by the whole way the Tribunal was handled.
If anyone wants to PM me if they have any questions I will do my best to help.

    Hope this is of interest...:)
