    Hi Waskarin

:welcome: to the forum. Are you currently on other medications while you find out this information? I don't know about your question as not being gluten intolerant I had not idea that it was an ingredient - I assume your Rheumy has confirmed this? Do you have an allergy specialist who could work with your Rheumy to find the right medication for you?

Sorry that I've asked more questions than I've answered. Maybe someone will be along soon who knows more about this. There's a lot of information on the main site which you may find useful while you wait for other responses.

    Best wishes,

Hi Waskarin and welcome to the lupus site.

I would think your pharmacy should help you with that question. I never thought about methotrexate having gluten in it. I did find that different brands of calcium pills one is gluten free and the other one not.
    Take care,

Have you considered trying the injections of methotrexate? I would think that would help? Sorry.....I haven't really ever thought about it.
