Hi I was diagnosed with lupus (sle) 28 years ago, I was treated by same professor for 22 years but he has retired, I’m in a bad flare up, in bed so weak couldn’t even sit up. Anyway the rheumatologist that I am now on his list is refusing to see me! His criteria is you have to have a positive ANA Blood test before he will see you, I have very rarely had a positive ANA so even though I am so sick I can’t get seen to. My gp has said I need to go see someone that specialises in SLE to get put on a treatment that I need, can anyone give me the info for such a clinic in Dublin? Thank you in advance.
    Regards Faith

    Hi Faith,
I would do some research and try to find a lupus foundation in Dublin. I’m in the US so I wouldn’t know where to start. Maybe someone else like a moderator will help.
