I'm not familiar with clotting factor 7, or it's implications. If it ends up placing you at a higher risk of clots, then you may be placed on heparin (not aspirin or warfarin/coumadin while pregnant and so late in your pregnancy). Or you may be encouraged to deliver earlier under controlled conditions.
You may continue to take some anticlotting medication after delivery too since risk of clotting is higher for all post-partum women (especially if you end up having a surgical delivery).
