I'm new to this site & glad to be here. I wonder if you can help?? I went to GP complaining of sever upper back & neck pain, rt wrist & hip pain along w/what I thought were heart palpitations, dizziness, almost passing out feeling, unable to sleep, extremely tired, etc. He thought it might be panic disorder, prescribed lexapro (my body did not accept this & vomitted all night) He then put me on Klonopin which helped with "passing out feeling". My Dr. ordered labs in the meantime including ANA (my mother has lupus). Dr. sent me to physical therapy & Dr. there thought fibromyalgia. My ANA came back positive. He referrred my to a rheumatologist. His test were ANA anti-centromere 1:1280, dsDNA-indeterminate, ssa-neg. & ssb-neg. There was really no explanation, plan of action or follow up plans from this rheumatologist. I'm more in the dark than ever now! ????? I called my GP & he's referred me to another Rheumatologist. Still in severe pain & not sleeping but GP doesn't want to put me on anything until rheumatologist makes final decision. ???? Any suggestion?? Thanks in advance!
