I have a zip lock bag and in it to all of you:

An eraser to make all those little mistakes disappear.
A penny so you will never be completely broke.
A marble for those days that you're sure you've lost all of yours.
an elastic to help you stretch beyond your current limits.
A string to hold it all together when it seems to be falling apart.
And a hug and a kiss(hershey chocolate kiss)to remind you that someone loves you.

I am reading my stress kit as it sits in front of me on my computer. A friend from my teenage days found me and sent it to me.
