hi all, looking for some info on anca's.
I tested positive for ANA 1:1280 homogeneous and speckled pattern.
I also tested positive for ANCA at -1:20. With Pr3 and Mpo antibodies above cut off range
Other lupus antibodies were negative as well as RA factor but i also had a vectrs test done for RA and that came back as moderate with a score of 39 bordering severe #s

Does this sound like a lupus/mixed tissue issue or systemic vasculities?

Thanks for the help

Hi Rieger and welcome to the site.

Here is a link from the home page of this forum. It will tell you all about the lab tests that are done.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply... really appreciate it. I was actually first sent to rheumo by my neuro because i 1st tested for a high aps antibody . They were running blood work because i was diagnosed with epilepsy last fall and was thought to be the leaning towards MS , then all these other blood markers started to show . idk getting very frustrating, but thanks again for the link!!

I know it can be a very long, frustrating process.:grouphug:
You know your body and something isn't right. Keep pushing on.
Here is another link. It is a symptom page, just click on the symptom and it will tell you how lupus affects it.

Take care,
