she had me go for x ray, so got wait now, but thinks i have lots of soft tissue issues going on like my tendons and so, but wants to make sure nothing sinaster, and going have physio, to be honset i wasnt listning, i know that bad but i was so tired, was up this morning at 2 45am, sleep is going worse.

Dear Lin, Poor you. Are you prescribed something like Amitriptylene or Nortriptylene to help relax you muscles at night. It is very helpful.

thanks ,yes i take Doxepin 25mg at night, we changed me to that form Amitriptyline was on that for yrs, this does better for me now
