Beware the brussles sprouts!!!
As this is the season of great cheer, I thought I would share this with you all so that you can laugh at me.
My husband is not all that keen on veg, he will eat carrots, broccoli and a few others, were as I will eat most things, cooked or raw, makes no difference to me.
Anyway as my husband hate sprouts the only time I get to eat then is if we go round to his parent (father in law loves them too!) or at the family christmas meal. So my husband kindly bought some for me last week and he cooked them for me on Friday. I was so looking forward to having them, well what did I do in my eagerness but burn my mouth!!! I still have a blister on the roof of my mouth (ouch
)
So my warning to you all, is beware the sprouts they bite back!!:rotfl:
