Here is a link with information containing a warning for children using TNF antagonist drugs (Remicade, Humira, Enbrel); essentially they conclude there is a higher risk of cancer with use of these drugs. The drugs are most often used for RA and Crohn's/inflammatory bowel disorder, but are sometimes used to treat lupus and/or overlap disorders as well.
